Daily Bread

Again the news has been full of the Syrian refugee crisis this week.  So perhaps this is a timely aphorism, though it hails from 350 years ago.

Even the smallest worm.
No worm is hid so deep beneath the earth we tread
That God is not concerned about its daily bread.
